Welcome to PigTales … my personal adventure (possibly hell) of chronicling the crazy, odd, hilarious, random, quirky and hopefully delicious experiences and meals I encounter along the way. Living in Kansas City with a witty husband who shares my love for fun and good food (and beer and wine and cocktails) definitely helps rack up the stories. Add one sweet (but wild) chihuahua to the mix plus friends and family that live near & far and things can get nutty. But that’s how we like it. So sit back, relax, grab a drink and enjoy the ride.
