One last post as the fireworks explode in the sky and Fourth of July celebrations wind down. My mom made these delectable red velvet cupcakes and I had to take a photo. I texted her a copy and she said “The cupcakes look pretty” and I said “The frosting is perfect” and she said “It’s a huge tip” and I said “That’s what she said!” — I couldn’t resist. She totally set herself up for that one.
