This is easy to keep short and simple. Booches has the best burgers in the world. They are simple. No frills. The right size. The right meat to bun ratio. They are delivered on a sheet of wax paper. And they are ridiculously delicious. Brad Pitt and I have been known to make the just-under-2-hour drive from Kansas City to Columbia just to eat Booches burgers. Fortunately Columbia is half way between St. Louis and Kansas City and offered us the perfect pit stop on our way home today.
