How many layers of lasagna is too many? Tonight I’m on a mission to find out. I dumped the entire package* of pasta into the pot of boiling water. I have a shit load of cheese ready and waiting on standby. The sauce is simmering. I’m just not sure if my casserole dish is big enough. Guess we’ll find out.
*One box contained 21 sheets of lasagna. I counted.
I plan to use 3 sheets per layer so …. 7 layers of pasta total.
Plus all the sauce and cheese! That is alotta lasagna.
