I suppose it only makes sense to round out my beef filled week with cheesesteak for Sandwich Saturday. This sandwich from Pigwich is incredible. I’m not sure how to describe it, but it is full of flavor. Bursting with flavor. In a way that you can’t imagine a sandwich could ever taste. It has the right proportion of bread, meat, cheese and veggies. You get equal flavors from each. And I swear I could taste a hint of rosemary in this one. Is that possible? I can’t look at the picture for too long otherwise I start craving this sandwich. If you live in the Kansas City area, or if you are visiting, you have to get a bite of this sandwich. Pigwich is definitely in my top five sandwich spots around town.
