Did you have any idea that today is Tuesday?
Yesterday’s Labor Day holiday has totally screwed me up. Not only did Taco Tuesday completely sneak up on me, but I will probably spend the rest of the week wondering what day it is. And I think my brain is still taking some time off because I have no idea what to write about the carnitas tacos from Anton’s Taproom.
So I’m going to keep this short and sweet. And a bit elementary…
Once upon a time, there was a plate of three tacos.
I ate a taco. Brad Pitt ate a taco. We shared the third taco.
The End.
The moral of this story is: Sharing is nice. And tacos are good for you.

Well, shoot. I am not making tacos for dinner. I forgot it was Taco Tuesday. Instead, I am making a new recipe I found on pinterest. But I will be sure to drink a Margarita with my dinner tonight. : )
