Leaving Louisville

Today Brad Pitt and I leave Louisville and head home. I hear some sad violin music playing in the distance. It’s okay though because I saw lots of cool stuff and ate some really great food. I have plenty of stories to share from the last couple of days but those will have to trickle out after I return home and have time to sit down and write. At this point I’m going to be stuck in a car for 8+ hours. I think I hear those violins again… So weird.

Before I sign off I will leave you with this… We went back to the “fish bar” last night. I must have been even more impressed because when I woke up this morning I counted 32 new photos of the same fish in my camera roll. This was my favorite though: imageSo here we go, on the road again. I’m sure my mom is hearing happy celebratory violins because we will pick up the Little Monster who has been destroying her house all week. See you soon!

  1. Actually I heard the Hallelujah Chorus. When dad left for work the last thing he said was “Bye Penny, I guess I won’t see you this afternoon.” When I told him not to count on that, his response was a flat “oh.”
Not that we don’t love little P, it’s just soooo LOUD with 3 dogs.

    Safe travels!
