With Halloween this week, I figured I would do a costume themed Taco Tuesday. Check out this taco. He is dressed up as a burrito! Forget Taco Tuesday … this week its Burrito Boo-sday!
I bet you are having trouble taking your eyes off that mask of yummy, melted cheese. Well, let me just tell you that under all that cheesy goodness is a super hero burrito filled with tender beef tips that have simmered in red sauce. Halloween costume or not, I highly recommend you get yourself to Sabor y Sol on Southwest Boulevard and eat this burrito. You will be so glad you did.
