What do you say about a sandwich that you scarfed down in an employee break room while drinking a beer (Yes. Beer. At work. When you work for a brewery you can drink beer at lunch. One of the many reasons why I love, love, LOVE this job.)
Anyway, what was I saying? Oh yeah, I was trying to figure out what to say about my sandwich from today. Honestly, there aren’t many words besides: It was pretty good.
I wasn’t all that impressed with my first visit to Potbelly. Today’s visit was better. Maybe I was just super hungry? Or maybe it was the side dish of beer that helped? Either way, the Italian sandwich was the way to go.
