Boom! You have now witnessed everything that is the blue lump crab meat and smoked gouda mac & cheese stuffed burger with truffle aioli and green leaf lettuce on a salt & pepper brioche bun from Blanc Burgers + Bottles.
I know, it shouldn’t really be all that surprising. Anybody who follows food trends is aware these burgers exist. I’ve read all about burger concoctions made with ramen, spaghetti or mac & cheese on Eater.com, but I was just super excited to actually try one.
And, seriously? Smoked gouda mac & cheese? Um, yes, please. Its so gouda. (I couldn’t resist.)
