I had so many great sandwiches this week, I don’t even know where to start. Or which ‘wich to focus on. I suppose I could tell you about all of them, but that is no fun. For the sandwiches, I mean. They each deserve their own time in the limelight.
So, having said all of that….of all the great sandwiches this week, I have to say the Horse and Cow was my favorite. I skipped over to The Better Cheddar while on a lunch break from work last Saturday and tried this sandwich for the first time. 
Oh.
My.
Gosh.
It was perfect. The meat-to-cheese-to-bread (and other fillings) ratio was spot on. Plus I am a total sucker for horseradish. And this sandwich has horseradish havarti cheese and horseradish sauce. Um, seriously?
Yes. Seriously.
I liked it so much that I went back for another one on Tuesday. And don’t be surprised if I get a third one today. I’m already thinking about it.
